🎯 Challenge / Goal

Manual hanging of parts on the conveyor chain caused bottlenecks. Spray booth color changes took 2 hours and wasted paint. Poor oven temperature uniformity drove 11% rejection rate. Solvent ventilation degraded shop air quality.

⚙️ Solution Applied

Full motion control with Omron NJ501-1500 machine CPU. Two FANUC P-40iA painting robots apply electrostatic powder. Safety zones managed by Omron NX-SL safety CPU. Integrated dry-filter scrubbers push VOC emissions under EU limits. 36-point thermocouple PID loop guarantees oven ΔT < 3°C. MES bridge reports paint consumption, bake energy and QC to ERP.
