🎯 Challenge / Goal

Manually feeding 2000x6000 mm sheets into the laser caused safety incidents. Single-shift output capped capacity. Press-brake operators were developing repetitive-strain injuries. Manual palletization after QC caused shipment errors.

⚙️ Solution Applied

A high-payload FANUC M-900iA/260L handles raw sheet infeed and finished-part offload. Camera-based part localization guarantees micron-accurate placement into the Amada ENSIS laser via PROFINET robot-machine handshake. A second FANUC M-20iA palletizes press-brake output after QR-code scan verification. Local cell HMI is Mitsubishi GT25 while full telemetry flows into the plant SCADA.
